About History

Vojtěch Sedláček founded Obslužnou spol. s r.o. in 1995 and the following year Agentura ProVás s.r.o.

The goal of both companies is to create job and business opportunities for people with disabilities.

The impulse to start the Agency ProVás was Josef Selichar, a former Sedláček pupil from Jedličkas institute, and Lenka Kerelová was the executive engine. Sedláček's investment made it possible over time to open the shop and medical equipment testroom. Shop grew to such an extent that Selichar rented additional spaces, became independent and eventually employed several dozen invalids. It was no coincidence that the Committee of Good Will awarded him the Olga Havel Award in 2004. Josef Selichar (44) died in 2010.

Since its inception, Agentura ProVás has found many other opportunities that have brought jobs to people with disabilities.

Over the years and in co-operation with Obslužná spol created many job oportunities for several hundred persons with psysical and mental disabilities.

Agentura Provás is succesfull thanks to the willingness and activity of many employees, especially thanks to Lenka Kerelová.
